Use of Todd County Inmate Population means accepting these terms. Visitors who do not agree with them should not use the site.

Todd County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Todd County, any sheriff's office, jail, court, corrections department, or government body. It is not a private investigation firm. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, or services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.


What the Site Provides

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court files, warrant data, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, or file documents.

The site points visitors to Todd County inmate and jail-record resources, Minnesota corrections and court resources, federal and immigration locators, and third-party research tools.


Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site in violation of any law.
  • Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions.

Visitors agree not to use information found here for:

Those outside sites are not controlled by Todd County Inmate Population. Their content, availability, accuracy, fees, and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

The site is provided as is. No promise is made that:

  • Any record, link, phone number, address, or explanation is complete, current, or error-free.
  • The site will be available without interruption.
