What the Site Provides

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court files, warrant data, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, or file documents.

The site points visitors to Todd County inmate and jail-record resources, Minnesota corrections and court resources, federal and immigration locators, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in violation of any law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems, files, or accounts without permission.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or another visitor's use of it.

FCRA Restrictions

Todd County Inmate Population is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not create consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, or screening products, and partner tools shown through advertising are not provided as FCRA screening services through this site. Visitors agree not to use information found here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or employment decisions.
• Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links

The site links to jail rosters, sheriff pages, court portals, corrections agencies, federal locators, legal resources, and private search services. Those outside sites are not controlled by Todd County Inmate Population. Their content, availability, accuracy, fees, and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is. No promise is made that:

• Any record, link, phone number, address, or explanation is complete, current, or error-free.
• The site will be available without interruption.
• The site will be free of bugs, security issues, or technical mistakes.
• Third-party search results will be complete or useful for a visitor's purpose.

Custody records and public-record systems change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Todd County, the Sheriff's Office, a jail, a court, the Minnesota DOC, BOP, ICE, or any government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Todd County Inmate Population and its operators are not liable for damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from use of the site, reliance on site content, use of third-party tools, or inability to access the site.

Indemnification

Intellectual Property

Site text, design elements, graphics, logos, and code belong to Todd County Inmate Population or its content partners unless otherwise stated. Visitors may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse them without written permission.

Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. The invalid part should be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
